Impact



The  policy reform started in 2017, has yielded the following results:

  1. Creation of Jobs for over 1,500 professionals.
  2. Reduction in non-revenue water from 50% to 28%.
  3. Installation of packaged treatment plants on all water systems for the removal of contaminants, thereby improving the safety of water.
  4. Installation of hybrid pumps and solar facilities on water systems to increase reliability of power supply and reduce cost of energy.
  5. Implementation of state-of-the-art technology and innovation have reduced down time, improved reliability and increased customer satisfaction.
