Pauline Abrafi Oppong holds a BA Psychology with Sociology from the University of Ghana, Legon and a MA Development Studies (Human Resource Development) from the University of Cape Coast.

She joined the Community Water and Sanitation Agency in 1994 as a Training and Management Officer in the Western Region and has risen through the ranks to become the Regional Director , Bono East . Pauline Abrafi Oppong has over thirty years work experience with the Agency

She is a strong advocate for the effective and active participation of women in water and sanitation activities and this has played a key role throughout the stages of her career progression.

Pauline Abrafi Oppong, attended various local and international workshops over the course of her career which have further enhanced her facilitation skills as well as capacity building techniques in training and development activities.
